The services that are available include:

individual therapy, couples therapy, and coaching to increase personal effectiveness

Among the issues that can be addressed effectively in therapy are:

Stress Anxiety, including panic and social anxieties Depression Relationship difficulties Self esteem issues Coping with loss and grief Trauma Making major life choices and changes

Fees:

Therapy is an investment in your well-being. It is both a time commitment as well as a financial commitment. Most of all, it is a commitment to begin to address the issues that are standing in the way of your having a more satisfying life. Being prepared to make all of these commitments is important when you are choosing to begin therapy.

My fee for therapy is $110.00 per session, both for individual therapy, couples therapy and coaching for personal effectiveness. Payment is made at the end of each session. I accept personal checks and cash and will provide you with a receipt after each session. You may wish to provide this receipt to your insurance company to request reimbursement.
